Job Overview

Looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion O2C Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Order to Cash (O2C) processes within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. This role requires both functional and technical knowledge to streamline order management, billing, receivables, and financial integration while optimizing business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• O2C Configuration & Implementation: Configure and optimize Order Management, Inventory, and Receivables modules.


• Business Process Analysis: Gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and align system capabilities with business needs.


• Technical Development & Support: Work with Oracle tools like BI Publisher, FBDI, OTBI, and PL/SQL for reports and integrations.


• System Integration: Ensure seamless integration between O2C modules and third-party applications using Oracle SOA, BPEL, and web services.


• User Training & Documentation: Develop training materials, conduct sessions, and provide post-go-live support.


• Testing & Issue Resolution: Lead UAT, system testing, and troubleshooting of O2C-related issues.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud O2C modules.


• Hands-on expertise in Order Management, Receivables, Invoicing, and Collections.


• Strong technical knowledge of FBDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle SOA/BPEL.


• Experience with system integrations, process automation, and issue resolution.


• Oracle Cloud Certification in O2C or a relevant ERP module is preferred.


• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Experience in Agile methodologies and global team collaboration.


• Ability to work across multiple time zones.
