Job Description


Our client is an industry leader in wireless and RF technologies, known for delivering cutting-edge solutions across multiple sectors, including commercial, defense, and government. They are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and manage key accounts across the Eastern U.S. region. This role requires a deep understanding of RF technologies and wireless markets, along with strong leadership and business development capabilities.

Focus:



  • Drive profitable sales growth within the defined territory of the Eastern U.S., managing key OEM accounts, value-added resellers, and other sales channels.

  • Provide leadership and coaching to motivate distribution networks and sales representatives.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Applications Engineering, and Marketing teams to develop and implement strategic sales plans.

  • Regularly engage with customers to strengthen relationships, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and enhance product positioning.

  • Lead efforts to increase sales and market share through direct sales and effective channel management.

  • Ensure alignment with the company's core values and quality standards in all business activities.

  • Present regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team, providing insights into market dynamics and potential opportunities.

  • Organize customer training sessions to enhance understanding and utilization of the company's products and services.



Skill Set:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Wireless/RF sales and/or service, with knowledge of wireless customers and accounts in the Eastern U.S.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven presentation skills and experience managing multiple sales channels effectively.

  • Experience in Military/Government sales will be considered an advantage.
