Primary Responsibilities:

• Focus on the Functional components with expertise in:




• Configuration Oversight


• Solutions Design and Oversight within and across modules


• Ensuring Best Practices are followed, and System Integrity is maintained

Background Information

The projects are:

• Implementing the Online Application System within PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, leveraging AAWS (Admissions Application Web Services) and a Fluid Ul-enabled responsive mobile interface. This project aims to enhance the applicant experience by streamlining the admissions process, improving system efficiency, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.


• Configure and optimize Student Self-Service, Admissions, Student Records, and Academic Advisement functionalities to enhance the student experience and streamline OTR processes.


• Develop and enhance PeopleSoft applications to ensure seamless data transitions and improved system functionality aligned with institutional needs.


• Optimize student record workflows to increase efficiency in admissions processing and enhance scheduling functionalities.


• Implement strategic enhancements to the PeopleSoft 9.2 Campus system, ensuring long-term sustainability and process optimization for the OTR.
