Role Description


This is a full-time remote role for a Business Account Manager. The Business Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important customers. Day-to-day tasks include:




  • Building and nurturing client relationships

  • Developing and executing sales strategies

  • Ensuring the successful delivery of our services



Additional responsibilities include:




  • Managing client accounts

  • Identifying new business opportunities

  • Collaborating with internal teams to meet objectives



Qualifications



  • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of staffing/agency, recruiting and/or account management experience

  • Proficiency in developing and executing sales strategies

  • Experience in identifying business opportunities and account management

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and remotely

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required



100% Commission Compensation role. New BD leads will be assigned.
