Business Development Representative

Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Senior CLM Business Analyst for a Contract position with a client in Fully Remote (EST Only). Ideally, we are looking for applicants with a solid background as a Senior CLM Business Analyst and extensive experience with Business Analysis, Ironclad, Contract Lifecycle Management & CRM.

Pay Range: $45 to $50/hour. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in contract lifecycle management or legal operations.


• 2+ years of hands-on experience with IronClad CLM, including workflow configuration and administration.


• Strong understanding of contract management principles, legal processes, and compliance requirements.


• Experience with process mapping, business requirements gathering, and system implementation.


• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools preferred).


• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.


• Prior experience in global organizations and working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating IronClad with ERP (e.g., SAP, Workday) or CRM (e.g., Salesforce).


• Knowledge of e-signature tools (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign).


• Experience in legal tech, procurement, or compliance-related projects.
