Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Engineer in the Washington, DC or Northern Virginia area. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise during the sales process, contributing to customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key tasks include:
- Understanding client needs
- Delivering technical presentations
- Collaborating with the sales team
- Offering post-sales support to ensure successful implementation and use of our products
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Engineering and Sales
- Strong Technical Support and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of AI and surveillance technologies is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
